Simply cannot fault my experience with Jim Walton Penrith. The service provided to us by Stephen was second to none. He was always at the end of the phone answering any queries we had regarding the car. When we arrived to view the car there was no pressure and we were left to view and test drive the car in our own time. I always go to Jim Walton Penrith Ltd for my cars, the service provided is excellent from this family run business, with Alan and Stephen both brilliant to deal with, they always have the right car for me.
I visited to see what used vehicles he had, and test drove two of them. Through unhurried discussion over a cuppa, Alan gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. I bought one of the cars, and Alan had it ready for me to drive away the following weekend when I was next free.
