Did not have a good experience with them. Never gave me information even when I’d call. Never called me. Claimed one thing and a week later did exactly what they said they wouldn’t do. After 6 weeks of no proper communication I checked in with insurance commission. State Farm claimed I didn’t give them any information but in their letter to the commission they had my name adress and insurance information. They also had my phone number.
