I’ve had insurance here for 14 years & I’ve honestly never had an issue until they hired “Victoria” . She always has some kind of an attitude, she’s NEVER clear on anything . Then when you ask questions you’re talked to in a condescending manner . I’ve always been handled with care & compassion from anyone else . But for some reason anytime I speak with this specific woman she seems to have a chip on her shoulder . It’s completely changed my whole opinion on the place .
