I have lived in Utah on and off for 50 years. Moved around a lot growing up. Went to Weber and Ogden High schools but graduated At Carlsbad High School in Carlsbad NM. I am married to my loving wife Robyn and we have a large herd of children and grand children. I’ve tried to move away from the area several times but this amazing area keeps calling me back. I highly recommend having Jim Vaughan sell your house! Jim sold our house quick and for top dollar. It only took him two days to sell our house during the COVID-19 pandemic. We also had many backup buyers on our house. Jim is very easy to contact and always quick to respond. He understands the local housing market. He pays attention to details and is self-motivated. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!
Jim was awesome helping us sell our house. He got our listing just right -- photos, description, and feel. He set up an open house with signs all around the area that also attracted a lot of buyers.
