Although they were not able to fix my car because of engine damage, the staff there has been so incredibly kind to me. I was in town for a wedding and broke down. They were courteous and caring asking if I had a ride or if I needed a place to stay. It was so reassuring to be in a panic alone on the side of the road and speak with such kind people willing to help. T was like the good ole days when people cared about each other. They added bonus as they were also Bengals fans 😂
I was driving home from a vacation in Ohio. An hour into our trip my car started to have issues so I got it towed by AAA to this mechanic! At first I was told they weren’t sure with the amount of cars they had to look at if they would be able to get me in, but after a few minutes came back on the phone to tell me they would squeeze me in to look at the car.
