Bait and switch tactics. I would give zero stars if I could. This dealership completely wasted our time and handled the situation with an unbelievable lack of professionalism. We drove several hours based on a very specific vehicle listing they told us was available at their location. We even called to confirm before making the trip. Danger. Wanted to purchase a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback, but the sales manager would not answer questions honestly regarding the vehicles history. The sales manager got very loud and angry after I called him out on a false statement, and he told me "this car isn't for you." Be careful and informed. Scheduled an appointment to view a truck. The sales member started helping other customers after him and I met. After waiting, he tells me the truck that I scheduled the appointment with him to look at is not on the lot and that it's getting detailed. Waste of my time.
