Horrible experience. BUYER BEWARE of their ads and poor value in everything. On the vehicle we were looking at Cars.com, kbb.com and autotrader.com had it listed at 13700 not the 15000 they jacked it up to and that cargurus had it at. Luckily we found someone else who values cash and has some common sense on trade in. They hold no value to anything. People, money, trade in, and morals because obviously people do not need to trust their ads. At no time prior to me going there was I given the impression the vehicle was 15000. ... read more
Horrible experience. Salesperson (Brett) decided to double book himself with us driving 4 hours to be there by 930. When we got there even said he would meet us at the vehicle but ended up with someone else. Guess we werent valued but did set me up with someone else. They dont appreciate cash and the ad is very misleading online. Will give you discount if you finance but no discount if you are paying a large portion with cash. Bait and switch tactics. I would give zero stars if I could. This dealership completely wasted our time and handled the situation with an unbelievable lack of professionalism. We drove several hours based on a very specific vehicle listing they told us was available at their location. We even called to confirm before making the trip. When we arrived, we were told the car wasn’t there—it was actually 45 minutes away, back in the direction we had just come from. This was a textbook bait and switch. Danger. Wanted to purchase a 2019 Toyota Corolla Hatchback, but the sales manager would not answer questions honestly regarding the vehicles history. The sales manager got very loud and angry after I called him out on a false statement, and he told me "this car isn't for you." Be careful and informed.
