Went to get an oil change and tire rotation on my 2024 silverado 2500 hd When they did the tire rotation they simply moved front to back and back to front ..this is not correct for my vehicle. It should be back to front and front crossed to back. When I Inquired about it I was yelled at and told I was wrong and they would not offer to do it the correct way. I should have gave this review a few months ago. But I went in to look at a van. Normally I wouldn't buy the one they had but it had low miles and was clean. Ok so we look it over and test drive it. I then ask for a pre purchase inspection. They told me no because they had someone else after me. So I told them I was going to the bank so I could leave.
