I just got established back in January 2024 with Dr. Jim Tran with Baptist Health Clay off of Village Square Drive. He is very thorough. I took my eight page medical history document with me and he spent the time to study it carefully and went over it with me. I have my current vaccinations listed. He hand wrote a list of vaccinations that I should get. I asked him for recommendations for a neurologist (4 herniated discs) and a gastroenterologist because I was due for a colonoscopy. I don’t understand all this negative reviews. My experience with Dr Tran and the staff has been great, friendly and efficient and for my husband too. He listen and give me the time to express my concerns.

Very unprofessional and condescending. Talks to you like you are incompetent.
The best doctor that the office had was Doctor Acevedo and since she left I have been seeing doctor Tran and first encounter was not pleasant. He also keeps messing up my prescription. Very disappointing. I'm considering leaving the this office.
