My experience with Dr. Tran was deeply disappointing and concerning from both a medical and professional standpoint. During multiple visits, I found that Dr. Tran relied heavily on standardized questionnaires rather than engaging in meaningful dialogue about my specific health concerns. i’ve had bad experiences at this hospital before but nothing like this Dr.TRAN is incredibly rude, sexist, degrading and did not announce before he was going to lift up my sister’s shirt during her exam do not schedule an appointment with him he should be fired! you should never speak to young women like that. We received no help from him and the other staff was acting like he pisses people off all the time
Unhelpful staff and they require office visits for everything. No RX refills even on prescriptions I've had for 10 years without paying for more office visits. Money-hungry and not actually interested in my health.
I just got established back in January 2024 with Dr. Jim Tran with Baptist Health Clay off of Village Square Drive. He is very thorough. I took my eight page medical history document with me and he spent the time to study it carefully and went over it with me. I have my current vaccinations listed. He hand wrote a list of vaccinations that I should get. I asked him for recommendations for a neurologist (4 herniated discs) and a gastroenterologist because I was due for a colonoscopy. I don’t understand all this negative reviews. My experience with Dr Tran and the staff has been great, friendly and efficient and for my husband too. He listen and give me the time to express my concerns.
