My family has a homeowners policy with this State Farm office, and after my relative passed away, Jim Tovias and Gloria Casas were notified. Gloria told us the policy could stay the way it was as long as State Farm did not detect the situation, and Jim gave us the same information. Looking back, we should have seen it as a red flag that Jim called from his personal cellphone instead of communicating through the office about something this serious.
