We recently moved to Whidbey Island...kind of on a whim! We met Jim outside a home we had interest in. It was newly on the market...and again, on a whim popped over to the Island to just do a "Drive by"...it was open. We pulled up, I went in first, because we had our Velcro dog with us, the listing agent let me know an offer had been made. In looking around I could see why...it was what we'd been looking for! Jim helped me and my husband, tirelessly, with our search for the perfect home/land. After many viewings, he used his extensive knowledge of Whidbey Island, and his personal network along with a lot of goodwill to locate the perfect spot for us. Highly, heartily recommend Jim!
Jim stays the course with you, without pressuring or making you feel rushed, while also doing all of the things that need getting done in the background so you can focus on fulfilling your dream home scenario. We had a very specific dream, though at times not completely well articulated. Even so, Jim caught our vision and helped bring us into it. We're very grateful and recommend him to anyone looking.
Jim helped us find a place on Whidbey Island. He was very patient with us and never put us under any pressure or made us feel like we were burdening him when we asked to see multiple properties, sometimes multiple times each! He knows the area extremely well and was a wealth of good information. He negotiated a great deal on a new home that my family and I were very happy with.
We ran Jim through the wringer and he kept coming back for more! He was exceptionally patient with our many wants and was able to find us our dream house (when we had almost given up)!
