Jim Tidwell Collision gave me the best customer service I’ve ever received from any dealer or shop. Alex and Michelle were outstanding—great communication, super responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. The repair work was flawless. Highly recommend!
Terrible body shop! Did work on a 2014 Camry. Terrible fit and finish, used a flimsy junk, cheap aftermarket L fender liner and splash guard that were not anywhere near OEM quality, and the car started falling apart. We talked to Travelers insurance since the repairs are guaranteed, and adjuster Michelle and her boss Alex blamed us after we took the car back. Alex is the best!!! He goes over and beyond to ensure he’s giving exceptional customer service while being thorough in everything he does! He communicates efficiently and takes care of his customers! I prefer this shop over the several shops closer to my home all because of Alex. Again, he’s the best! So is the rest of the team! ;)
I had a bad experience with this Body Shop. I got a small scratch on my tailgate and went in for an estimate. The guy who looked at the scratch said it would be around $250. No dents, no new parts needed...easy to fix. Well...I have to call 3 times and ask for the estimate and when I finally received it, it was for $954!!!! They never called me back when they said they would. I went to an independent body shop and paid $275. They did a great job with OEM paint.
