HORRIBLE! The “therapist” sit at a desk the entire time. She did not do any therapy with me and showed me a massage using her arm and not mine. She did nothing to relieve my pain. She said I would probably just end up needing surgery anyway and she said the doctor sure did expect a lot from just physical therapy. Then she insulted my weight! This place a joke they don’t have any real therapist and they’re not up-to-date with old technology. They just wanna collect the insurance money. They have no interest in doing any actual therapy work.

Don’t allow them to make multiple appointments at once. I was told it would be no big deal to call and reschedule. Typically i am someone who keeps doctors appointments My father in law who lives across the country had a medical emergency we had to be gone for several weeks. I let the therapist know weeks in advance i needed to cancel. She told me it was no problem to cancel While out of town I had my own medical emergency where i had the tubing around my kidneys infected. Physical therapists are very understanding and empathetic towards your situation. They do their best to get you moving again.

Very rude. I have a master's degree in engineering and I certainly don't appreciate being treated like a child. Receptionist needs to have her employment terminated.
