REALLY NOT detailed oriented. The work was sloppy and I had a list of corrections that needed to be done, which were NEVER completed. I literally could have done a better job. I changed light fixtures, and they never sealed the old hardware screw holes! WTH? He also never completed the ceiling in the lanai and now a lawyer has to get involved! This man is NOT cheap…so do yourself a favor : HARD PASS! unless you have a relative who’s a lawyer (like I do). After lots of promises that he would be back…it NEVER happened. Horribl... read more
