Jim has installed security camera systems in all three of our restaurants and his work has been impeccable. Jim is a very professional guy with a personal touch. He explains in detail the equipment he has and how it works. His quality is much better than you will get any where else. His primary concern is that his customer is happy with what they got and they completely understand how it works. I didn't feel hassled or over-sold at all and there are NO Monthly fees associated with the hardware! Much better cameras than I have seen everyone else offering. He puts in what he would put in at his house, not low-grade stuff that gets marked way up. Please don't go with the big names, you will get sub-par hardware.
