Jim saved my family vacation - not an overstatement! We planned our trip around having our boat at a house we rented on a lake, however the boat had issues the night before we left. I talked to Jim and he adjusted his schedule to fit me in immediately. The issue was a faulty part that was so scarce, even finding a replacement was a challenge. I have had Jim and Brett work on two of my boats they are very knowledgeable in what they are doing . They are quick and do what they say the last repair they did for me there were some new parts in the boat that I was going to install and they just did it for me with out any extra charge his wife did a emergency alteration to my mooring cover and her work was better then the original .I probably would not be on the water this year without there help I recommend them very much they do what they say they are going to do!
Excellent job, great pricing, used original Mercury parts no cheap aftermarket crap Highly recommended!!
