My wife accidentally flushed her 1Ctw diamond earring down the toilet approximately 9 months ago, and I asked if they would try to locate it at next service interval using some kind of filtering system. Jim came over about an hour later, reached right through the 6" port with his bare arm, and came up with it in less than 30 seconds! He then tried to put it back on my wife's ear, but she insisted we wash it off first. All kidding aside, highly recommended and professional service company.
