Jim Taylor remodeled our bathroom—a complete, down to the studs remodel and we are thrilled with the work and entire experience. We were told it would be in January and they began work amid snow and single digit weather on Jan. 2. It took exactly the amount of time expected and we feel that we got a great deal and great looking bathroom. Jim and his assistant Sean were courteous, professional, personable and best of all accessible! They remodeled our master bath and we’re very happy with it. Out of 5 estimates, Jim was the most reasonable and the only one who showed up on time. I could text or email Jim with any questions or concerns and he always responded in a timely manner. This is the first of many projects we’ll be reaching out to Jim for!
Jim has done several jobs for us. He has painted our whole basement (walls and ceiling) and did a great job. He remodeled our kitchen and did exactly what we asked of him and worked with the designer to make it all happen. He replaced the paneling with drywall in our family room and hallway and did a good job. He tiled our entryway and laundry room and lastly he remodeled our master bath. Any questions or concerns we had, he addressed and finished our projects to our satisfaction.
