I was told I had to pay 9k to get my vehicle fixed, I ask the service desk attendant who was handling my vehicle case to check into the system for a warranty, SEEMS like only one service desk attendant seem to know how to achieve the correct paperwork from me to go into the system with my extended warranty to get my vehicle fix. Not sure if the other attendant were trained on this particular task or not. Please fixed this issue it saves time and of course money. Thanks Respectfully Mr Dawson

The body shop was outstanding, they communicated with me every couple days, however, service, these people need to be fired and new employees. They wouldn't communicate at all, they were suppose to have had changed oil, rotate tires, repair a/c , they told me they changed oil, but that was a lie, they did absolutes nothing. There nothing good I to say about your service department. Nothing done on a/c.
