Thank God I had my truck towed from Jim Taylor ford they wanted to charge over 5,000 to fix my truck I got it fixed at Charli automotive and they only charge me $450.00 hats off to Charlie’s automotive for fixing my truck. I’m very upset with Jim Taylor Ford.

Replaced lower shift assembly of steering column. Diagnosed problem, had part in stock and repair in a timely manner.
I was very unhappy with the service they wanted to charge me over 5,000 to work on my 22 Ford Maverick I have powertrain insurance and extended warranty and they would not pay to have my truck fixed. I feel that there’s no use in me even having the insurance. I’m very unhappy with ford Taylor at this moment.
