Had scheduled appointment to fix recall and oil change. Had the truck from 7:30 that morning till 5:00 that evening only did the oil change poor work when I called ahead and had an appointment for my truck.
Seat adjustment changed. A/C controls changed. Seat cool settings changed to max. Not happy
I had a great experience and Mr Michael Ward was Great and very polite and helpful and Selena Lonidier was very nice and kept me informed on my Bronco and had me picked up and brought back and that was great so I didn’t have miss a lot of work that day and the driver was nice and knows Ruston he got me to work in no time. I would like say thank you all.
