My car was in and out in no time And made sure I did not have to spend more than I needed to 10/10 highly recommended
Customer service is great. They told me everything I needed from my insurance to help me get the ball rolling on my repairs, and I've had my rear bumper fixed twice by them. They've done an incredible job both times!
My car obtained a small scratch during a repair of my windshield, and I was told to bring it to Jim Taylor body shop, and I'm so glad I did. I am just out of college, still living in Ruston, and my parents are three hours away. It felt so nice to have a staff that would accommodate me as best as they could, and Miss Shannon was phenomenal to work with. Not to mention the paint job looks amazing! I highly recommend!
Jim Taylor Ford Collision is top-notch in body shop work along with customer service. Their advisors walk you through any insurance filing step-by-step and make sure that you are taken care of. The work done to my Ford F-150 was done in a timely manner with all Ford certified parts. I cannot recommend them enough. Special thanks to Joella and Shannon!
Shannon and the staff were great to work with!! Our car looks like it came off the show room after they repaired the damage caused by a deer. We have another vehicle lined up for them to work as well.
