I wouldn't Buy a manufactured dog house from them. They don't stand behind what they sell. They only warranty the roof for a year? Same leak since I bought the home from the bathroom fan, but you don't know if it's been fixed or not rill the rain hits it a certain way. I've addressed this issue several times and was told I need to climb on my own roof once a year to inspect the vent. Funny thing the other one doesn't leak and we've never had to inspect it.
