Mr. Jody at Jim Tatmans has been fantastic. We switched dealerships to Jim Tatmans after 3 Mos of working with another and glad we did. We got a beautiful home at a great price, speedy delivery, and he had everything we needed quoted and built into the loan within a few days. He made my life so much easier! This is a great company. We purchased a mobile home from Tatmans mobile homes with the Tatman upgrade package 8 years ago and it is still in great shape. Keeps us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. When delivered we had a few problems and Jamie made sure all concerns were corrected. Thank you Jamie and thank you Tatmans for doing what you said you would do.
My daughter purchased a double wide from salesman, Jody Bergeron, very courteous very helpful, things moved along very fast the home was manufactured in the time limit specified, delivery was very quick and now it’s sitting 3 weeks and counting to get the finisher to do the inside. They just keep rescheduling and nothing is being done! All the utilities are hooked up just can’t get the walls closed in and the doors hung and off course the outside siding.
My experience since contacting Jim Tatman (Opelousas/Port Barre) has been exceptional. My salesperson, Jody, has been patient and even assisted in situations where I hit a road block. I have enjoyed my experience and found MY home. Now, I am just waiting for it to be completed so that my family and I can ENJOY!!
