We worked with Ben the sales manager. He seemed transparent and was not pushy. They appear to put care into the vehicles they sell. I was provided a carfax and inspection on hand. Finding a dealership with integrity can be difficult. However, I had a good experince here.
They sold me a truck that had been doctored up and had not told me one it about it. Did they “know” idk. Most likely not because they most likely just took it and sold it again. Just be very cautious. Make them inspect every little thing you can.and make sure you get a warranty. If they won’t give you one like me. Don’t buy
Excellent service, nice friendly place
Purchase a new Ford Ranger. Looked at a few dealerships in Fort Wayne, but they had a truly small town feel at Stykemain. Ben in sales was very helpful and Ron in service answered questions about towing with my new truck. Highly recommend. Thank you both.
I have purchased over 20 personal vehicles and this was the most enjoyable buying experience I have had. Tremendous personal service. I would recommend Ben and Chad to anyone.
