Very disappointed! I sent my son there to buy a $60,000 conversion van. They have 6 kids and needed the room. They didn't gas it up, they sold it with tires that need replacing, and when they got it home they noticed the suspension may be off. I tried to communicate with them last week, no response. I guess it's true, customer service has left the building.

Took it in for alignment 6 weeks ago. Thought they did an alignment. It felt different driving it but since it just left the garage. We didn't think anything about it. Yet, 6 weeks later it was wearing the inside of tires belts were showing. Took it back was informed I needed to have another alignment but could not be done. It needed some other work to do the alignment. When I asked why it wasn't done six weeks ago they didn't explain well. After leaving there we put new tires on and drive to another garage. The service prrovided was top notch! Randy stayed late so we could make a 2.5 hr drive to test a conversion van. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and hunted down the answers we asked since it was a specialy vehicle..though we chose a different van it was comlletely due to wanting a 7 passenger rather than a 9. I would not hesitate to come back in the future. Big tganks to Randy and staff!!
