Jim Stanley explained why areas of our pipe stem and driveways needed either total repacement or new coverage. He was right on time for the initial consultation, very straight forward and honest. He was very responsive with any questions I had later. He and his crew did my job as scheduled and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess.
