Had my subaru forester in for a transmission service and differential fluids changed. Took a couple months to get the appointment but was well worth the wait. They were very professional and first rate service. Paid exactly what was quoted. The vehicle shifts better and is quieter then new! Even got a thank you card. Thanks again everyone. Job well done!

I called Jim & Sons after the manager at a local auto parts store recommended them. I spoke with Jake and he explained his honest approach to accessing and repairing a transmission. I had been given a bunch of BS from a different company that only wanted to sell me a new transmission for $6800. Jake told me he was confident he could rebuild my transmission for $3500 to $4000, if it actually needed to be rebuilt, and he'd warranty the work.
