Super nice folks to work with. I was a bit surprised when I first called for an appointment due to it being a 2-month wait to get in. And then I found out why… service done right, reasonably priced and my truck shifts like brand new again. And they even took the time to send a thank you card. If you are having any transmission issues with your ride, I can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely be back the next time I need service.
These guys are great! Everyone is so nice and courteous. Had the transmission in my 2017 Ford Edge rebuilt. They gave a 2 year warranty but in order to get it I have to go back in 15 days so they can check it out for loose bolts, lines etc no cost. Who does that? They are just great, cant say that enough!! If you go anywhere else you are throwing your money away.
My experience with Jim & Sons Transmission and especially Jake and the office staff was excellent. They did a great job explaining everything to me, and were honest and didn't try to upsell or create false panic situations. It turned out that all my vehicle needed was a fluid change and it operates so much more smoothly now. I definitely recommend it here and I saw how they take pride in treating people like human beings and they don't push any unnecessary repairs on the cars they service.
I am new to Canton and was recommended by Good Guys Auto to give Jim’s and Sons my business. Not only did they accommodate my brief schedule, Heidi personally gave me a ride home while they worked on my car. Jake was professional, positive, and knowledgeable and got my car up and running within a few hours. I would recommend this place 10 times out of 10. Thank you!
They always kept me informed on the progress of my truck, great service great to work with highly recommend them.
