Jim and Sons, without a doubt, is the best plumber I’ve EVER used - and I’ve had numerous plumbing issues over the years. I’ve used Jim and Sons 3 times already and their service is consistent each and every time. They are extremely experienced, honest and efficient. I will never, ever, use anyone but Jim and Sons.
From beginning to end Jim and Sons were very professional. Quick reply for email and when speaking over the phone customer service was great and even when I did not understand something they were very helpful and explained with clarity. When service man came out he was very knowledgeable and thoroughly went over all options and recommendations. It's refreshing as I too am a licensed contractor in California to know that there still are guys out there that don't feel the need to overcharge for things that aren't necessary I like that the work was thorough it was done right the first time at an affordable cost as opposed to additional plumbers that would come out and write a prescription before they did a proper diagnosis and would recommend them to anyone
Had a great experience with Jim & Son's. Our water heater was leaking at the bottom. Cory was able to diagnose it, and replace the water heater pretty quickly. Everything was straightforward, the price was reasonable for parts and labor. I also appreciate that they were able to come over on a Saturday.
Great experience from Jim and Son’s Plumbing! Steven and Chris were very knowledgeable, professional and answered all my questions. They came to do a copper repair and I felt they were so competent, that I asked to if they had time for other repairs. They took care of a toilet and shower problem faster than I expected. I asked for several business cards to give out when asked for a plumbing related referral. Very pleased customer!
