I've brought my old Honda Civic for maintenance here over the course of several years, eventually trading it in and purchasing a Nissan. During the first maintenance annual warranty appointment with the service department, there was no noted damage on my Nissan and photos were taken by the service advisor. I would highly recommend using Grants Pass Nissan, as their customer service is just flat out impeccable! Though I did not end up purchasing my vehicle from them, their sales associate Delwin went above and beyond trying to assist me with my needs/desires for a vehicle. My Nissan GTR went into limp mode, so I had it towed to this dealership to diagnose. They couldn't read ODB due to flashed tune, which is understandable, but the research I did indicated that it could've been due to voltage from bad battery (not enough volts since there are a lot of electronics in this car).
