Service today was very slow. Rear brakes, oil change and multi point inspection took just over 5 hours. Other than that, we were satisfied.
Made the appointment and was kept informed of the progress. Happy with the services I asked for
I have been to this Honda service station at least four times. The most recent experience was excellent.KC checked me in. Although the other experiences I had at this dealership service center were very good Casey also did an outstanding with customer service. They were efficient and fast. They even vacuumed and washed my car as an added touch to the service I was getting that day.
