Never again! Our Astro van needed some repair. The van kept stalling and was running rough. We brought the van to Jim Sigel for basic tune-up and requested the diagnose and fix the running problem. We gave them free reign to fix what need to be done. The first time we got the van back was 2 weeks later with a bill of 1200 dollars. They said everything was great, the running problem was fixed. Happy in GP Funny after reading the last remark about Jim Sigel's Sevice Department.I had an instance with my Astro Van with an electrical concern..I had a bad water leak in through the back door causing an electrical drain on the battery..the water leak was fixed..after taking the vehicle home I found that the battery had gone dead again..I took the vehicle back in and found that the radio was itermeditant shorting out causing the battery to go dead..not only did they fix it..they didn't even charge me for the repair.
