Shady operation. Car got towed there since they were closest when it broke down. Got a call that battery and key were bad and that caused breakdown. Told charge for installing battery and programming new key would be $1,000. I pushed back that bad key and low battery should not have anything to do with failure seen. Told had to replace both so they could troubleshoot. I declined key and spent $450 (!) for a new battery. Next call come pick up everything working and key works fine no comment or explanation of what they found ... read more

I have been a Jeep owner for awhile now. I love Jeep. I have a Grand Cherokee and a Wrangler. I have taken my Jeep to the Austintown location for several years now. My last review was 3 years ago and it was a positive experience, however, unfortunately this last visit… not so much. I took my car in because it had an oil leak, needed an oil change done and the doors on my jeep were hard to shut. After the diagnosis, I was told that I needed an oil cooler repair. Today my car would start and I the hardest time reach the service department (meeting). I was concerned and nervous because I had work and several errands to run. I was able to contact Amy and she responded expeditiously! Thank goodness she was able to get a hold of someone to help me asap from the service department. It was my battery! Amy was so amazing and very concerning for me. I really appreciate her help. Thank you so much Amy! Job well done. Amy out of Youngstown store.
