We made an appointment to drop my son's work truck off sepcifcally at this location for a loaner. I made the appointment via phone. The appointment was for Thursday 9/17/26 at 1:00PM for a check engine light. They told my son that the vehicle could be fixed today was he ok with waiting becasue they didn't have any loaners. Wonderful experience buying a truck! David, Bob, and Shane were wonderful to work with. They made the experience relatively easy and answered any questions that we had.
I had lost a set of my keys and they took over and cut me a new key and they had a reprogram these new cars with all the information and data for the key. It took about an hour, but they did a nice clean job.
