It is always a pleasure when I come down to the dealership. Staff and customer service is always great. Hannah Hartnett has helped me out the past few times I have stopped by. She is great and always makes me laugh! She makes sure everything is done perfectly and wastes no time getting me what I need. Will forever be a fan of the customer service and the dealership of North Huntingdon Township!
Had inspection & emissions
Stay away. Bought a warranty with the used car i bought. Absolutely worst service i have ever experienced. I bought a cadillac off them. Took back for service and was told they cant fix it. I have to drive out to the chevy store to get it fixed. Long story short i had to take my car to a cadillac dealer and pay to have it fixed. I will never ever buy anything off of this dealership ever again nor recommend it to anyone. To this day they still will not do anything for me.
We bought the outlander last may. We asked if the hood was fixed was told yes.(this was a major complaint, that the hood shakes) we went on vacation in June it shook so bad when we got home we took it back was told we had to wait cause they had to order the hood. In Jan we had the car in for service was told our hood was in if we could leave the car they would replace it.
