I had a great experience working with Alex! A few weeks ago, I test drove an Elantra but unfortunately couldn’t afford it at the time. I didn’t expect him to keep looking, but he went above and beyond. He actually reached out later with a car that perfectly fit my budget and was exactly what I was looking for. Poor communication and needed multiple appointments to fix simple problems. Plus, been sitting in the waiting room for over 4 hours for a recall update and no end time given. The service man said he could stop the update and reschedule it, so more appointments. Unbelievable and unacceptable. I don't recommend Jim Shorkey Kia in Wexford.
