You try to do that via the Kia app and it's not actually scheduling an appointment, it is "requesting an appointment" which still requires someone to call you back to schedule. Nobody ever calls!! I recently purchased a 2024 KIA Soul from John Stavish. Actually this is my second car I purchased from him. I like dealing with John because he makes sure that you get exactly what you want. He works with you to explain all the various packages available and helps fit them into your budget. He goes the extra mile and that is someone I want on my side. He is with you from start to finish.

I really don’t know what goes on at this service department. I’ve been trying for months to get my backup camera fixed, which is under warranty, and it’s like pulling teeth. No one gets back to you unless you hound them for answers. No one ever told me the parts came in, when I questioned them, it took 2 days to respond. They don’t do electronic work on the weekends so during the middle of the work week is the only option and they refuse to give any sort of loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work. Serena in the service department is great. She kept us informed during the whole process and was very thorough when we picked up our car. Did a great job reviewing everything and making sure all our questions were answered. She was super to work with.
