*Please see updated comments below* You call to schedule service. Nobody ever answers. The recorded message recommends scheduling an appointment online. You try to do that via the Kia app and it's not actually scheduling an appointment, it is "requesting an appointment" which still requires someone to call you back to schedule. Nobody ever calls!! I recently purchased a 2024 KIA Soul from John Stavish. Actually this is my second car I purchased from him. I like dealing with John because he makes sure that you get exactly what you want. He works with you to explain all the various packages available and helps fit them into your budget. He goes the extra mile and that is someone I want on my side. He is with you from start to finish.
