I have to give these guys for 5 stars for laziness and sheer ineptitude. Do not buy a car from. They’ll give you a song and a dance up front but their service dept is terrible. A simple task like verifying mileage on a vehicle for their fuel reimbursement/recall could not even be completed.
Everyone is so nice at this location. I live in McCandless and travel all the way to this one because of the service. I went to the one in Wexford this summer to buy a car and needless to say the salesman didn't seem so enthusiastic to sell a car. The salesman at this location where amazing in helping us find the right car for my family and I.
Demetrius Rochelle was amazing! He worked so hard to help me get the car I was after even though I didn't have my license!
