Dan Garber best salesman I've had there so far. Very informative very patient brought both forte for me to decide went over every possible option in the car helped me c connect the phone overall very nice man. Give him a raise. Thanks Dan.
Unfortunately have to downgrade my five star review. The used vehicle I purchased from them has been a total lemon, and the service team takes no less than two visits to solve any problems. Recently I had an issue with my AC (in these 100° days no less), and the service team was entirely unable to solve it, only for a coworker of mine to fix it in about two minutes flat for free in the parking lot. They are very nice up front, but the runaround it takes to have a vehicle serviced is a total scam.
This is my third vehicle that I’ve purchased from Dan GARBER at Shorkey KIA in Irwin, PA I have been very satisfied with the sales process, the follow up and the service department. The only thing that held me back from giving a 5 star rating was the length of time completing the paperwork from my leased vehicle to another leased vehicle. I’ll buy my next one from Dan too!
