My husband and I called her multiple times for updates, and each time, she said it was "backordered." Do not buy used cars from this dealership I bought a 2022 Kia Telluride the seat was damaged. I asked him to fix it before I purchased it. They say they were going to. They never did obviously they erased my review from the last place, they were at. I had pictures attached in that review. I had just done by used cars from these people. I came in to Jim Shorkey Kia for a scheduled oil change. I explained to the lady at the counter in service that I only wanted an oil change. Not a marked up package with tire rotation and fuel injector cleaner for $139.00 I tried to use a coupon that was good until September 30th (we were there Sept 28) but was told the coupon was for Kia in Atlanta. I called needing an oil change ASAP and Kiersten (sorry if I butchered your spelling) was able to squeeze me in at the perfect time! She was professional, courteous, and funny! Then, during my oil change, the staff was friendly and understanding of my two kids being kids while we waited (which wasn't long, I might add!) The service team noticed I needed a filter change that wasn't part of my original appointment needs, but they got it replaced quickly and efficiently.
