I called needing an oil change ASAP and Kiersten (sorry if I butchered your spelling) was able to squeeze me in at the perfect time! She was professional, courteous, and funny! Then, during my oil change, the staff was friendly and understanding of my two kids being kids while we waited (which wasn't long, I might add!) I made my service appointment online. Kiersten called me to confirm the appointment and I asked her if they had the item I needed in stock. She put me on hold, came back and said I was in luck the item was in stock and they would hold it for me. Asked me to give her a google review because she found the item for me. Drove an hour to get there and the service guy was so rude. He acted like he was doing me a favor to help me. I spoke with Kirsten she set me up for tomorrow to come in and they will look at my vehicle and determine from there what I need and she was very helpful.
