Apparently a new employee still on the learning curve. Nice guy but very short on information Frankly I suggest going to any other dealer regardless of distance. Jim Shorkey KIA Gainesville does not train properly nor backs their employees.
Do not go to this place for service. They do not publish rates for things like oil change and the rotation either on their site or at their location. I was charged $157 for an oil change and tire rotation. When I asked why they said it was due to the cost of doing business. Shop around. Other kia dealers are $50 to $100 cheaper for the exact same service.
By far the worst experience I have ever had. I LOVE my Kia and I had the best experience at the sales center. However, there was a recall on my vehicle, and I needed to take it to the service center at Kia Gainesville. I called for 3 days straight, with no answer, and was told to “keep calling back.” I followed their request and continued to call back. I finally received a call, and I spoke with Lesly.
