Good service bought roof rack
Took vehicle in for inspection mentioned a noise they found it and fixed it!! Repair was covered
The excellent customer service that I received from Shawn and Lee at Jim Shorkey Ford in WhiteOak was exceptional. The moment I walked into the service center I was graciously greeted and made to fell comfortable. They listened to my concerns and addressed all maintenance on my 2025 Ford F150. I will not take my F150 elsewhere. Thank you Shawn, Lee and the service techs that serviced my F150.
