I visited Jim Shorkey Cadillac yesterday to see a 2018 Mercedes S63 and was helped by Charles, who was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. The sales manager, Calvin, handled the negotiation in a way that felt manipulative and unprofessional, and it seemed unfair to Charles, who was simply doing his job honestly. Bought a Caddilac CT4 in 2021, a 2020 model when it was named Lake Lanier Caddilac under different ownership. Been returning for all maintenance service including oil changes though it’s 70+ miles from my home. Loyal customer. In July I came in for a service, oil change and tire rotation.
