Annual service for gas boiler heating (residential; we have hot water rads) & gas fireplace. This review is not reflective of the service, for which thorough & professional service by Brett is 5-stars for identifying & replacing the part needed to fix our gas fireplace in a professional manner. I contacted Shipp plumbing to look into a potential issue with the waterline going in too my dishwasher. Ron arrived within the stated service window and explained clearly what and how he would look into the issue. I had noticed a little water under the sink that morning and mentioned this to Ron. He promptly looked into that as well for me and quickly identified then problem, got me an estimate and made the repair. Ron was professional, courteous and very efficient.
Excellent experience all around with the repair of our gas fireplace and boiler part replacement. Barry was fantastic and we are very happy with Kathy and Chris’ service as well!
Knowledgeable and friendly service people! I would definitely hire them for my future heating and plumbing needs!
