As stressful as it can be to find a new home, my recent condo purchase was nearly stress-free. I credit Jim and Shelby for that. From helping me find the right property all the way through to the closing, Jim and Shelby were there for me, providing knowledge and advice. I especially appreciate how responsive they were. Plus they are just darn nice people.

Above and beyond all my expectations! Jim and Shelby were so thorough and patient while selling my father's home as an estate sale. Their advice on how to show the house to it's best advantage, their recommendation for the photographer's picture, on through to explaining legal paperwork and just being present to help with all details. After a buyer was found, their expertise in dealing with the buyer's request was so greatly appreciated. I would and have highly recommended Jim & Shelby to others in the real estate market.

Amazing. Just truly amazing. Such a genuine and caring team. They are patient and don't rush you into anything. They are extremely knowledgeable as well. I have already referred them to a co-worker who has also close on a house with them. I hope and pray that next time I need to purchase a home, they will still be in the biz.
