If you live in New Kent County, there is not a friendlier, honest and higher quality auto repair shop around. I’ve been going here since I moved into Providence Forge via a close friend recommendation. Jim and Scott are absolutely knowledgeable and thorough. They will not overcharge nor do they take advantage of their customers. Definitely a throw back to the old ole days of being honest and beyond fair!!
My brother in law referred me to this GREAT shop he's used them for YEARS. I only needed a inspection but they really looked out! Very honest, dependable, knowledgeable, fair, and should I keep going last and most importantly trustworthy well worth going to no matter where you live. Thanks to your ethics and fairness you deserve 10 stars!!!
I really hate to leave a bad review for a local company. First I asked them to call me before the work was done on it and they didn't. I had a budget I didn't want to exceed. My issue was I had a radiator hose connection piece break and dump all my coolant so I replaced the piece myself. When it happened again it was clear I needed to get it looked over, so I had it trucked over. They charged me $550 and all they did was replace both the same junction and the other next to it with metal replacements. No hose changes, no pump... read more
