Jim Schiffler installed a unit 7 months ago for my elderly mother. Took her for $4400.00 and the unit isn't working, he is not returning calls, emails or text. Buyer Beware, Elderly Beware. Shame on you Jim Schiffler!

Unfortunately, my family did not have a good experience with Jim. My 78-year-old mother paid Jim $4400.00 in full for a central air unit in Maryland back in July 2018. The unit never worked a full day blowing cool air. It's been 7 MONTHS and Mr. Schiffler has my 78-year-old mother's money since July 2018 and she has NO WORKABLE AC UNIT! Jim Schiffler is a Man of Many Promises but NO ACTION! We Have not heard from him for months. And we are still waiting. We had to get the BBB involved now. A matter of fact, the firs... read more

We had a new 18 seer heat pump system installed by Jim and his crew everything went great they were on time friendly and we have never been so comfortable in our home great job!
