Very unprofessional staff. Female called me and didn't identify herself. Just said, "Is (insert name) there?" I asked who she was and was told she was calling from Dr. Caudill's office. I told her she had the wrong number and she was extremely rude. Like it was my fault.
I called his office today and was told he does not accept Medicaid…might want to change the listing.
Dr Caudill is the best dentist hands down and I have been to many. All his staff treat you like family. Miss Judy and miss Selena always take care of me when I go and they are wonderful!
