This is an indictment on dealership service in general. Nice people charging ridiculous amounts for general services. Imagine driving cross country in your toyota hybrid. You wait a day to get the dealerships professional opinion and diagnosis. Only to hear, where did you buy this? I'd go get your money back. If you tear all the parts out you might get your money back. Real useful information. Oh, and I owe 200 for the top notch, 100% professional information. Worst service department I have experienced. Took my truck for oil change and they said I needed a new oil filter receptacle because I used an aftermarket oil filter which cost an extra $300. When I got my truck back it sounded like it was falling apart. A quick check and I saw that bolts were missing from the skid plate. When I took it back they said they could not get it aligned to put all the bolts in LoL. I took it home an fixed it myself.
