Great service department that goes above and beyond.
Less than thrilled would be an understatement with the service I received here. Dropped my vehicle off for a couple of maintenance issues, and it took me 3 weeks to get it back. Never have I had vehicle maintenance take this long, it was an extremely inconvenient 3 weeks as I had to have my fiance drive me to and from work every day during that time. This is an indictment on dealership service in general. Nice people charging ridiculous amounts for general services. Imagine driving cross country in your toyota hybrid. You wait a day to get the dealerships professional opinion and diagnosis. Only to hear, where did you buy this? I'd go get your money back. If you tear all the parts out you might get your money back. Real useful information. Oh, and I owe 200 for the top notch, 100% professional information.
