What happened? I bought my Toyota at Robinson Toyota, had work done there & staff was always so friendly. I hadn't been there for a while ~ went to find a name change & a rude staff person ~ Alex Vannest, that didn't care whether or not he had my business. Needless to say ~ I went elsewhere !
I had such a great experience at Victory Highland Toyota! CJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure I understood everything about the what was going on. They didn’t have my tire in stock, but he was so kind. He went above and beyond. The other mechanic was also fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to get the job done right. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. I left feeling confident and very pleased with the service. Highly recommend!
