Jim Riley has been cutting my hair for well over two decades. The conversations are good, the price is right, and the service is unmatched! If your looking for a barber you can count on, look no farther!
While visiting this area by boat, I looked for a barber shop near Charleston's City Marina. Jim's came up as just across the street and in easy walking distance. But that is not the best part. He is a very likable southern gentleman with a rich history of this area. He gave a great hair cut awhile he shared with me his life growing up in the "Low Country". I will go back.!
