My Honda Civic A/C was not working. I called and they got my car in quickly right before the holiday weekend. Raeann was so pleasant to work with - she explained the process thoroughly and was very patient with all my questions. It ended being under an extended warranty and my A/C was fixed within a day! Communication and customer service was outstanding! Thank you Raeann!

Shaun was great when getting a second opinion on my vehicle. I got consistent calls and messages. I have had service done here previously and it was perfect.
Online scheduler does not work. I had to make three appoints before they were able to complete my recall work. They misplaced my keys, so I had to wait an extra day to get my car back. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
