Online scheduler does not work. I had to make three appoints before they were able to complete my recall work. They misplaced my keys, so I had to wait an extra day to get my car back. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
The old lady at the desk that takes your payment after your car is serviced does not know what she is doing. Got charged twice all because she didn’t know what she was doing. This happened to me twice of all the times I’ve been to the dealership. Seemed as if she did it purposely and didn’t even apologize. I asked some basic questions before she took my payment and I think she got annoyed because of that. Note, it was my first time at the dealership. The dealer call us up on Thursday night we agreed to a price got a loan went to pick it up Friday . Thursday night they sold the car from under us . WILL NEVER BUY A CAR FROM ANY RHIELS DEALER !
Big place, couple of buildings Only Honda dealership that I've been to that has 2 new Corvettes in the showroom!
