The service department always take care of me.
Shaun was great when getting a second opinion on my vehicle. I got consistent calls and messages. I have had service done here previously and it was perfect.
Online scheduler does not work. I had to make three appoints before they were able to complete my recall work. They misplaced my keys, so I had to wait an extra day to get my car back. Needless to say, I will not be going back.
The old lady at the desk that takes your payment after your car is serviced does not know what she is doing. Got charged twice all because she didn’t know what she was doing. This happened to me twice of all the times I’ve been to the dealership. Seemed as if she did it purposely and didn’t even apologize. I asked some basic questions before she took my payment and I think she got annoyed because of that. Note, it was my first time at the dealership.
