Lacking in professionalism, poor customer service, left with a worthless appraisal. May 2011 spoke with Mr. Richey about an appraisal on my rental property. 1st red flag should have been when I was told by my renter that Mrs. Rhonda Richey had already been to the property to do the actual appraisal. Had been expecting a call back so I would know the time and date of the appraisal by Mrs. Richey. Next, I received the appraisal by e-mail and actually had to call to request a hard copy.
