Jim Rice came out two years ago to take care of our 18 year old unit when it stopped working. I fully expected a hard sell on a new unit but instead, the tech found a bad capacitor, replaced it and didn’t mention selling me a new unit. Very honest, reputable company. I did not hesitate to call them this year when my 20 year unit finally took its last breath. I fully recommend them!

I contacted Jim Rice A /C on Sunday for service on Monday. Luis, the Service person arrived as scheduled, solved my A/C problem and had my unit working. Very knowledgeable and highly professional. I highly recommended the company for your A/C problem.

Had a unit installed in June had some trouble with the A.C and I called Jim & they were out in the same day! Cannot get much better than that.Great customer service!
