We have used Rice Air for about five years. They have always been prompt, professional and fair in prices. Louie,Nate and Noah have always been professional, courteous, and quick to find problems and fix it. This company did not put in my air conditioner but has honored the warranty.
Very good experience. A technician came within a couple of hours of calling. Had our AC fixed in short order and reasonable price. Very polite from the initial phone call to the repair. Definitely recommed.
Louis came out to perform our long overdue annual service (We never had Central Air and aside from filter changes, we didn't know that the system should be serviced annually). He was on time and ready to work! He answered every question we had and gave us many tips on using our system efficiently. He was very thorough and professional. We now have an HVAC company we can trust and will not hesitate to recommend. Jim Rice will be our choice going forward.
Louis came over to diagnosis my problem, found it quickly and had Jim come over to create a plan for a solution. They determined which was the best for my situation, performed the needed repair and everything is up and running as it should. Great teamwork, great business, will tell anyone who needs A/C work to call Jim.
