Louis was phenomenal! He educated us about our filters and setting up a good plan to keep our unit in tip top shape. We would NEVER use any other company. Jim Rice and his team are THE BEST!

My a/c decided to quit on me after 13 years. 5/5 Stars – Reliable, Fast, and Fair Called Jim Rice A/C Services after hours when our system went down, and Luis was at our house within an hour. He quickly diagnosed a bad capacitor, got the replacement done on the spot, and had the cool air flowing again in no time. I’ve relied on this company multiple times over the years and Luis was fantastic as always. They never disappoint—10/10 recommend!
These guys are simply amazing. Jim, christian, and Louis all came out from Jim Rice A/C and serviced my older A/C unit. Their work is incredible very honest, reliable, and professional at a great price. They were highly referred by one of my friends.
