We had a great experience with Jim Reece. We called him on Friday with a minor problem, making an appointment for Monday. By Sunday it was a major problem. I messaged him (while he was in church... oops) asked him what to do to keep it from getting worse by Monday. He said, let me change my clothes and I am on my way. It was pouring rain and we have a terrible driveway. He had to park way below. He was up and down many flights of stairs in the rain going to his van many times and was here for 4 hours and didn't overcharge us... read more
Fantastic service and genuine concern. The only guy I trust!
Had a wonderful experience with Jim. He came out right away and cleared a clog for me. He also repaired my toilet and reconnected one of my pipes for a fraction of what any other plumber in the TC would have charged. He really knows his stuff and has a lot of great equipment to help throughout the process! He’s a life saver!
DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!!! We got a problem with our toilet leaking and we called this guy to fix our toilet problem. He showed us what was wrong with it and we told him to fix it no matter what it take to fix it, just fix it right. He installed a new toilet and we paid him good with a substantial tip. And three days later the toilet is leaking again "the new toilet he installed" So we called him back and said to him its leaking again and he showed up without notice but we were not at home.
